| Envy
was formed in the basement of Dobson Hall on the
UW-Platteville campus. Guitarists Jaek
Pachniak and Dan
Faherty started a band and quickly added
bassist Chris Wolf
and drummer Dan Moris
to the mix. From there the search began for
a singer. "Singer Wanted" ads were
placed around the campus and the auditions began.
Enter Amanda Tvedt.
Her strong voice and attitude made the choice
easy for the new band. After 9 months
together, bassist Chris Wolf decided to leave the
band for personal reasons. Enter former
Middletown bassist Nick Fry.
With a slightly altered line-up, Envy now looks to
make a name for themselves in the local music
scene.
